MINICUCCI: I have to admit, this was one of my favorite shows during
the Spring/Summer 2002 shows. Held in September of 2001, Ms Minicucci's
show was elegant and suave, yet with a hint of whimsy. Her clothing
lines were extremely sophisticated, showing the power of women while maintaining
the feminity that every woman has as a part of her being.
This petite designer, (the designer's petite, not the clothing), has style and elegance that flows through her designs with the fabric she chooses and the lines she etches. Her loft show was filled with world-wide fashion elite. Cameras bustling for space included Vouge, Elle, Video Fashion Weekly, FTV, etc. Contact her:
